24-Hour Retention: Converted markdown content is cached for up to 24 hours to improve service performance for repeated requests. After this period, all cached data is automatically deleted.
No Content Analysis: We do not analyze, read, or use the content of your PDFs for any purpose other than the conversion service you requested. Your document content is never used to train AI models.

To provide our PDF conversion service, we use the following third-party AI providers. We have ensured that your data is protected and not used for training AI models by these providers:
AWS Textract: Used for document text extraction. We have opted out of data training via AWS Organizations policy, ensuring your documents are not used to improve AWS AI services. We have opted out of data training via dashboard settings, ensuring your documents are not used for model improvement. View Datalab Data Use Policy Mistral AI: Used for AI processing. Our API tier is opted out of training by default, meaning your inputs and outputs are not used to train Mistral's models.
